New for HOLIDAZZLE 2008, my recent series of basketBOWL forms i.e. BIRDnest forms; each inspired emptyNEST may resemble nesting forms which celebrate the new cardinals and wrens, doves and robbins in my small garden of dense bamboo, pussy willow and daylilies providing a sanctuary for creatures in our ever narrowing world of rampant local commercial development...IMAGINE, a junk yard to my east, a commercial strip soon to take historic neighboring homes to my north and God only knows what will sprout across the street to the west in this town of re-ZONING madness.
